These readings can include things such as astrology and tarot, energy readings and me tapping into your Spirit Guides and the energies around you. They could also include breathwork, meditation exercises, balancing of masculine and feminine energies, tapping into any resilient trauma and healing it. If you're not sure where to start, this is a great place! I want to empower you on your soul mission, to address any areas where you may be feeling stuck or not sure where to move next. The intention of these readings is to re-connect you with your highest self and to align with that energy moving forward. A recording of the session will be posted privately to YouTube within 7 days of the session.
