It is my intention to work with folks who are looking to elevate their understanding of themselves. To find their truth.

Sat Nam is a seed mantra (bija) which is translated as "Truth is my name" or "Truth is my essence" which has changed my life through self discovery.

Through the use of tapping into Spirit Guides, Ancestors, Ascended Ones, Goddesses and Gods, I aim to guide you through this time in your life and assist you in seeking your highest expression of self. We can also dive into meditation and breathwork exercises, chakra readings/intentional connections, and opening the doorways to accessing our Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine energies to work with them intentionally.
